1. Customer needs money and owns his car but doesn’t want to have to sell it. We allow them to use the car as collateral to get the money they need.

2. Customer comes to one of our locations so a friendly member of our staff can do a quick (typically less than 5 minutes) evaluation on the vehicle and take an application from the customer.

3. Based on the year, make, model and condition of the vehicle one of our staff members works to get the customer exactly what cash they need.

4. After completing all the required paperwork the customer leaves with their money and their car.

5. When the customer pays off their account, Cash Express returns their title to them free and clear.
